From January 16 to January 20, a seminar began at the APA Branch in Akmola region: “Debureaucratization and improving the quality of public services”.

? Efficiency and customer focus of the process of providing public services.
?A proactive approach to service delivery.
?Empathy in the provision of public services. Client-oriented strategies in communication with service recipients. The crisis of communication in the process of providing services.
?The concept of digital transformation as a reengineering of business processes in the provision of public services.
? Improving digital skills to improve the efficiency of civil servants in the provision of services.
?Developing recommendations on the use of practical tools to improve the provision of public services, public services and much more.
