From November 23 to 25, a seminar for deputies of Akmola region is held at the Akmola regional branch of APA.
The Address of the President of the country defines the main directions of our development for the year ahead. And given that the document entitled “Constructive public dialogue is the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan”, which Kassym-Jomart Tokayev spoke at the Joint Meeting of the Chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was a debut, the increased interest in it from external and internal audiences is quite understandable.
The concept of a “Hearing State” means a prompt and effective response to all constructive requests of citizens. Why is this so important? Problematic moments in the functioning of the state apparatus are largely due to the lack of feedback between citizens and local officials.
The effectiveness and image of their activities depend on the effectiveness of the activities of deputies with citizens’ appeals. Therefore, one of the key topics of the seminars in 2020 was training in proper communication with the population.
To date, great attention is paid to the development of dialogue between representatives of the authorities and the population, reducing the barrier between them and increasing the level of public confidence.
At this seminar, participants will analyze complex work situations related to communications in crisis situations and analyze the cases.
