From 07 to 11 February, a seminar for civil servants is being held in the Branch of APA in Akmola region: “COACHING TECHNOLOGIES IN MANAGEMENT”.
Purpose: mastering coaching as a modern management style to improve the personal and professional effectiveness of civil servants.
The seminar examines the model of coaching as a new form of counseling, mentoring, which allows you to solve the problems of an individual and a team as a whole.
In the classroom, listeners study and analyze the following;
- opportunities for the use of coaching in government agencies;
- competencies and qualities of the head coach;
- coaching as a management style;
- effective questions as coaching tools;
- coaching and diagnostics of spheres of life, personal and professional development;
- transformational coaching, team development and more.
Solving practical cases helps the participants of the seminar to analyze and learn how to apply the acquired skills in practice.
