30 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE OF KAZAKHSTAN

At the present stage of development, the economy of Kazakhstan has undergone significant institutional transformations, the purpose of which was to create the necessary prerequisites for economic growth. Kazakhstan has achieved many results – the formation of a new state, the transition from a planned economy to a market economy, the development of political and economic systems.

30 years of independence of Kazakhstan are associated with my career in the education system – a young teacher, head of the department, head of the academic department, professor of the Academy of Public Administration. Time flew so fast, and so much knowledge and experience was gained, acquaintances with professionals, team and personal achievements! A new area for me is the training of civil servants. This is a challenge and an opportunity to gain new experience and develop through interaction.

For the public administration system, the implementation of long-term goals and actions that allow achieving high performance in the future remains an important task. The improvement of the state planning system is the realities of modern Kazakhstan, aimed at building a human-centered model of public administration based on the principle of a “hearing state”. The issue of strategic governance of the state is now more relevant than ever. This is due to the fact that the development strategy of the state sets the guidelines for all subjects of the management process.

It is important to understand that today the effectiveness of public service directly depends on the introduction of new approaches to management, on new managers with the necessary knowledge and skills of the best practices of modern management.

Kazakhstan is developing – and everyone is developing with it!
