THE STATUS OF CIVIL SERVANTS AND THEIR LEGAL GUARANTEES

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On April 13, 2023, the Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Akmola region together with the Representative Office of the National Center for Human Rights in the Akmola region held a panel discussion on the topic: «The status of civil servants and their legal guarantees», where the following issues were discussed:

  • General rights, freedoms, and duties of a civil servant as a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Prophylactic and prevention of crimes and offenses among civil and State employees
  • Activities of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Akmola region for the protection and restoration of the rights of civil servants
  • Innovations in the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
