?June 20, within the walls of the APA Branch in Akmola region, a conference was held on the topic «Modern challenges and trends in the public service», dedicated to the Day of Civil Servants.

?The conference was attended by:

Kadyrova Margarita Bulegenovna – Vice-Rector for Academic Activities of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

APA branch in Akmola region held a number of events dedicated to the Day of the Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 85th anniversary of Shaken Niyazbekov.
 
⚜️The event was held jointly with the staff of the information and bibliographic department of the Magzhan Zhumabaev ARUSL.
 
?Also, the senior teacher of Branch M. Shalabayeva held an interactive game on state symbols among the listeners.
 
? Honoring state symbols is the sacred duty of every citizen of independent Kazakhstan.

INTRODUCING LISTENERS TO THE BRANCH LIBRARY
?Today, students of retraining courses got acquainted with the library fund of the APA Branch in Akmola region.
 
?Despite the fact that today’s world has flooded the Internet, the book remains an invaluable source of wisdom, knowledge, and development.
 
? The listeners talked about the same, saying that reading develops our thinking, and makes us think and analyze. The vocabulary of both specialists and managers is enriched with the help of the book, thereby improving speech. It is well known that the ability to speak correctly is a sign of the general culture of the individual.
 
?After the presentation of the library fund, the students took the books they were interested in, which they could study during the period of study at the branch.

? Principles of administrative procedures: features and types

? Simplified procedure for consideration of disputes by courts within the framework of the APC.

THE STATUS OF CIVIL SERVANTS AND THEIR LEGAL GUARANTEES

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On April 13, 2023, the Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Akmola region together with the Representative Office of the National Center for Human Rights in the Akmola region held a panel discussion on the topic: «The status of civil servants and their legal guarantees», where the following issues were discussed:

  • General rights, freedoms, and duties of a civil servant as a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Prophylactic and prevention of crimes and offenses among civil and State employees
  • Activities of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Akmola region for the protection and restoration of the rights of civil servants
  • Innovations in the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

?In the Branch of APA in the Akmola region from February 20 to 24, a seminar was held on the topic: “Public speaking. Interaction with the media”
 
As part of the seminar program, the listeners acquired the following topics:
?The main components of preparing for a speech. Fundamentals of verbal and nonverbal communication. Ways to keep the audience’s attention.
 Working with a toxic audience. Analysis, evaluation, and correction of errors.
 Interaction of state bodies with public institutions, and citizens. The main approaches to the use of public relations tools. Political PR and performance forecast.
 ?The speaker’s personal brand.
 ?Oratorical composure: trolling.
 ?Analysis of practical cases
 ?Development of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the communication policy of state bodies.
 
The lesson was conducted by:
Idrisov Ruslan – journalist of JSC “Agency “Khabar”, media manager, teacher of KazGUU named after M.S. Narikbayev.

«KAZYBEK BI MURASYNDAGY PARASATTYLYK KAGYDATTARY»

? The branch of the State Enterprise «Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan» in the Akmola region within the framework of the «Development day» held a dialogue platform on the topic: «Kazybek bi murasyndagy parasattylyk kagydattary».

 

?Kazybek bi belonged to the Middle Zhuz, to the Karakesek tribe of the Argyn tribe, was born in 1665 in the Karkaraly region. His father is Keldibek bi. He was a wise and fair bi, a brave and courageous hero. The Kazakh khan Tauke appointed Kazybek the chief bey of the Middle Zhuz of the Kazakhs. For a long time, Kazybek was one of the influential members of the Khan’s council under Tauke, after whose death he also took an active part in the political life of the country.

 

? The event was attended by Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, Academician of the Academy of History and Social Sciences, Advisor to the Rector of Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University on public relations Seitkasimov Amanbai Asylbayevich, Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Akmola Region Abilev Duman Kairatovich and students of our branch. The event ended with the awarding of letters of thanks.

? Compliance with ethics and integrity in the provision of public services. Ensuring compliance with legislation in the field of public services. Administrative liability in case of violation of legislation in the field of public services.
?Debureaucratization of the state apparatus. Principles of debureaucratization and orientation of public services to citizens.
?Assessing the quality of public services. Management of the quality of public services.
? Efficiency and customer focus of the process of providing public services.
?A proactive approach to service delivery.
?Empathy in the provision of public services. Client-oriented strategies in communication with service recipients. The crisis of communication in the process of providing services.
?The concept of digital transformation as a reengineering of business processes in the provision of public services.
? Improving digital skills to improve the efficiency of civil servants in the provision of services.
?Developing recommendations on the use of practical tools to improve the provision of public services, public services and much more.
 
Post-training support of the seminar for 2 weeks after completion.

PROJECT DEFENCE

Today, two groups of students of Retraining Courses have completed their training. For 3 weeks, the best coaches of the Akmola region worked with civil servants.

The students analyzed various cases, mastered new skills, performed practical tasks and passed tests.

The result of the completion was the protection of project work.

Topics of the submitted projects:

  • Providing access to the Internet to hard-to-reach and sparsely populated areas through low-orbit satellite systems.
  •  Creation of a psychological support service for civil servants of the city of Kokshetau.
  • Reconstruction of water filtering ffacilities in the city of Kokshetau.
  • Implementation and maintenance of a centralized antivirus program in secondary schools of the region.
  • Reconstruction of grain processing elevator in Yesilsky district.
  • Construction of a culture and recreation park in the village of Zhaksy.
  • Construction of a summer water pipeline in the village of Arshaly.
  • Construction of a cultural  center in the village of Ishimskoye.
  • Introduction of the Argus panopticon in the city of Kokshetau.
  • Construction of a sports stadium named after Baluan Sholak in Shchuchinsk.

The audience noted the importance of project activities and the relevance of the knowledge gained.

MEETING OF APA BRANCH LISTENERS WITH A MEMBER OF PRESIDENTIAL YOUTH PERSONNEL RESERVE
 
The first selection for the reserve took place in 2019, where 300 reservists were selected. One of them is Timur Aidarovich Zhazitov, who was recently appointed from the reserve to the post of deputy akim of the Shortandy district.
